LICENSE RIGHTS Should there be additional materials with resale or redistribution rights, you must abide by the licenses provided with each product download where applicable from inside the Joint Venture Finder member area. To clarify the resell and master resell rights terms and conditions each file includes a separate licence file that explains what can and can't be done with each product. These terms are in place to protect the value of your investment and we would ask you to respect them and the rights of your fellow members. SPAM Joint Venture Finder has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY on spam complaints. While we ask you to promote Joint Venture Finder, we would ask you to promote it amongst people who are known to you or online forums and websites that specifically are set up for and allow promotion. Complaints made against you may result in the cancellation of your account. CANCELLATION OF ACCOUNT BY JOINT VENTURE FINDER We retain the right to cancel any membership to Joint Venture Finder at any time without notice, reason, recourse or appeal. CANCELLATION OF ACCOUNT BY THE USER To cancel your account you must login with your username and password and then click the Cancel Membership link at the bottom of the page when you have logged in with your unique username. Once your account has been cancelled for any reason it is no longer accessible. REFUNDS JVF has a no questions asked cancellation policy. Membership refunds will be granted to upgraded members when sought for up to 30 Days from date of purchase when the meet the following requirements:
Note: No refunds of any other kind or in any other manner will entertained. AFFILIATES You may become an Afilliate of Joint Venture Finder. As an afiliate you are an Independent Contractor and not an agent, employee, legal representative or franchisee of Joint Venture Finder. You responsible for determining and conducting your own business activities. You will not represent in any manner that you are am an agent, employee, or legal representative of Joint Venture Finder and will not be treated as an employee for federal or state purposes. You are responsible for all federal and state income taxes, social security, unemployment, and other taxes on your earnings. As such, if requested you will provide JVF with your Social Security or Federal Tax ID Number to JVF for tax reporting purposes before any commissions are paid. As an Independent Contractor, you are responsible for obtaining any licenses required by law and Joint Venture Finder will not be liable whatsoever for city, county, state, and federal taxes or other fees pertaining to your efforts and earnings. In the event of your membership being cancelled at JVF for any reason no refunds or affiliate payments will be paid. ACCESS TO JVF Access to this website and the materials on it is guaranteed until 31st of December 2012. While it is expected that the arrangements will remain unchanged after this date, Joint Venture Finder reserve the right to review the arrangements regarding the use of materials & membership of this site. LEGAL DISPUTES You agree to indemnify Joint Venture Finder, its owners, employees, and users from any liability relating to your use of the Services. You agree that any legal dispute involving Joint Venture Finder shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the Republic of Singapore. In utilizing websites or programs included on this website, that do not belong to or have any direct connection with Joint Venture Finder you agree to indemnify Joint Venture Finder its owners, employees, and users from any liability relating to your use of the Services.
